Product Details
The machine is equipped with a special upper and lower material device to meet various process requirements. The slider adopts a rectangular six-sided guide rail with high guiding precision. The pneumatic double balance cylinder balances the weight of the slider and the upper die, reduces impact and noise, and eliminates the gap between the connecting rod and the slider. The whole machine adopts imported PLC centralized control, and the air circuit adopts imported safety double valve control, which can realize inching, inch, single and continuous stamping, with sensitive action, safety and reliability. It adopts imported Qian-style pneumatic friction clutch, and can be equipped with overload protection device or collapse type fuse, automatic lubrication, frequency conversion speed regulation and other devices according to user requirements.
